Live-In Chauffeur/House Manager/Right Hand Man for UHNWI

We have an exciting and unique opportunity for an exceptional live-in Chauffeur / Right hand man / House manager to work with an individual with one child aged 14 at a residence in central London.  


You will need to have a driver’s license and be well groomed, smart and presentable.  You shall be driving from hotels, stores, private enagements and restaurants.


As the principals right hand man, the hours are 7.30am till late 6 days a week.  You will be driving the child to and from school daily and assisting the principal with daily errands.  The principal will be away for 4 to 5 months of each year so you will have plenty of time off!  You are required to be the principal’s eyes and ears and oversee the property while the family are away. 


The property is a 4-bedroom house over 4 floors. You will have a basement bedroom with an on-suite bathroom.   There are two maids but you will be required to help with covering parties, cleaning windows and patio and basic handy man duties. You will have some admin duties to cater to and ad hoc duties such as calling utility providers, managing sub-contractors etc.. 


Naturally your bills will be covered – usual; rent/council tax/gas/water/electric.  A car will be provided.  You will be required to maintain the car by having it cleaned, serviced etc...


The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience working at private households and will have exceptional eye for detail.

The salary is negotiable depending on experience.

From their lavish office in the heart of luxurious London, you will be reporting directly to the demanding and extremely busy Founder.  This role is not for the faint hearted as you will be right at the heart of the business acting as a gatekeeper for an extremely busy individual and his global diary. The key role you play as the EA supporting the founder will involve both business and private areas of his life from diary management, to international travel and reservations.  Therefore, you will have experience of working with multiple time zones and be flexible with being on-call and working out of hours at times.  The heavy emphasis on personal work will mean you assisting manage the family’s incredibly hectic international high profile social calendar, international travel coordination and reservations.  You will have an incredible eye for detail, be the sole of discretion whilst using your business expertise and initiative at all times!


With your vibrant, professional and calm demeanour, you will welcome ultra high-net worth clients with finesse and warmth as the first point of contact they meet.  There will be a continuation of building relationships; both throughout the business internally and externally as the face of the business.  In quieter periods you will provide administrative support to the wider client team and marketing and business activities.  You will also maintain general upkeep of the office, including appearance and maintenance.


You will have at least 6 solid years’ experience as an EA at CEO level and with ultra high net worth individuals.  You will have practicing knowledge of Jets and Yachts.  Needless to say that you shall possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; be proficient in Microsoft packages; be exceptionally well organised and remain adaptable. 

Above all you will be willing to hit the ground running, getting your hands dirty with a variety of tasks from the get-go whilst remaining approachable, unflappable, resilient and professional at all times.
